FICS is seeking a Policy and Program Integrity Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead the response to appeals of accreditation decisions, providing thorough and timely reviews and response reports, and investigate any complaints related to the accreditation process. You will be responsible for revising and organizing accreditation policies and process documents to ensure they are clear, fair, and effective.

FICS is seeking an experienced accreditation specialist to support the organization’s accreditation clients and services. This role is focused on quality improvement in accreditation processes, and coordination and leadership of accreditation programs.
