TRAIN-THE-TRAINER CERTIFICATION
Our philosophy of effective training is based on the fact that trainers need to have a balance of quality presentation and facilitation skills. FICS Train-the-Quality Improvement Trainer (T3) certification program has 3 levels of certification.
Not only does FICS develop e-learning modules on a variety of topics including Infection Prevention and Control, Patient/Client Safety, Effective Leadership, Quality Improvement, etc. they also develop customized e-learning programs for organizations.
