FICS Attends the IAF Conference of the Americas

In early April, FICS CEO Kathrina Loeffler traveled to San Diego to attend the International Association of Facilitators Conference of the Americas.

As a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) with the IAF, Kathrina thoroughly enjoyed engaging with other facilitators. Focused on facilitation leadership, this event could not have been more aligned with what we do at FICS!
